Complete rebuild
The "Base System"
Is detailed below, Although we offer a
"build to your specification " option.
Please review details below:
1. Upon signing the contract/purchase order, a US
Department of State DSP-83 end use certificate will be required.
2. There will be a fixed price for each
of the systems as defined as the "BASE SYSTEM" below) multiple
system/s orders will be based
on availability. Funds will be placed in escrow,
and be dispersed according to fixed milestones, ie; aircraft
purchase, major component purchase/s
and air worthiness documentation on the major
components (This pricing may be adjusted as we are presently
developing our costs).
3. Helicopter will be the standard UH-1H configuration :
* T53-L-13B-22 configured engine 0.0 TSO with a -13 Impeller
. AD and SOF compliant
* Drive Train will be 0.0 TSO with mid life or better on
Time Change Components. This includes Main Transmission, 42 &
90 degree
Gear Boxes, Upper and Lower Flight Controls, Tail Rotor
Controls and Drive Shafts
* Main and Tail Rotor Blades will be mid life or better.
Blades will be Certified by FFA repair station. This includes
x-ray, repair, refinish
and certify
* Helicopters will be completely stripped and inspected.
Refinished per customer specification/s.
* Standard Avionics Configuration. All electrical components
will be inspected, repaired or replaced to meet the
airworthiness standards.
* Tail Boom will have enhanced fin spar modification.
* Any additional items requested by the customer will be
evaluated.
* Standard Warranty applies.
* Helicopter preparation, Packaging, and Freight will be
quoted as a separate line item.
* Technical Team included on the initial aircraft for
destination receiving and reassembly as required.
It will be further determined if
additional technical assistants will be needed on
subsequent deliveries. This service will be quoted based on
"actual" technician travel and placement cost/s .
* Fuel System will be inspected and repaired or replaced to an
airworthiness standard.
* Painted with your colors, Logo's, and numbers and
markings
We can offer the buyer of record upon the forwarding of their
escrow funding (as detailed above) the ability to have their
personal website, providing them with the ability to check the
progress of their systems as they deem necessary, to insure that
certain milestones are on schedule.
Additional information, conditions and work scope will be
provided upon further request. This information is strictly
preliminary, as there may be accessories and other add on's
during negotiations that may alter the costs as shown for the
"base system" as detailed above, and prior to the signing of
any/all documentation and the acceptance there-of.

to build to your specifications.
