TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All bidders and others agree that they have read and fully
understand these terms and agree to be bound hereby.
All Used Equipment listed is sold as is/where is.
We require pre-payment within 3 days of invoicing. If a longer term
is needed a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the equipment cost will
be required.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send an authorization form allowing
the buyer to take possession of said equipment.
There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied,
statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever in respect to used
equipment offered.
(Please e-mail or call on the condition of the equipment offered +
pictures, etc.)
“New Equipment” will be per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Shipment of Used Equipment is Your Responsibility, such as: crating,
loading & shipping (whichever applies to your particular equipment
purchase).
Equipment Exchange will not be responsible for any freight charges
or damages due to shipping.
TERMS – We accept: Bank wire-electronic funds transfer, money orders
& certified checks.
